Processing Times
Please allow 5 working business days for your order to be carefully prepared and packed before it is shipped or made available for local pickup.
During busy Christmas periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need your order by a particular date, please get in touch before placing your order and I’ll do my best to help.
Pre-Orders
Some Mistletoe Cottage products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items are made or prepared especially for you and will be dispatched or made available for local pickup once they are ready.
The estimated availability or dispatch timeframe will be listed on the product page wherever possible. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be shipped or made available for collection together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order. Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about pre-order timeframes.

We offer easy flat-rate shipping across Australia:

$19.95 flat-rate shipping
Orders $100 and over
$29.95 flat-rate shipping

Hobart & Greater Hobart
Shopping locally? We’d love to make it even easier.
FREE local pickup is available for customers in Hobart and the Greater Hobart area.
Your order will be ready for collection once it has been processed. Local delivery may also be arranged depending on your location. Simply get in touch and I’ll be happy to organise the best option for you.
Larger Items
Some of our beautiful statement pieces require a little extra care when travelling to their new home.
For items over 60cm, standard flat-rate shipping does not apply. A separate shipping quote will be arranged based on the size of the item and your delivery location.
You’re always welcome to contact me for a shipping estimate before purchasing.
International Orders 🌏

For New Zealand and international orders, please contact me directly by message or email and I’ll arrange a personalised shipping quote for your location.
